But there is much more coconuts can do for our bodies and our minds. From providing us with a natural boost of energy, to enhancing our sex lives, coconut oil has found a way into our hearts and homes. Take a look our thirty favorite reasons to keep coconut oil on hand... in your shower, in your purse, in your office desk.

Of course, all tanning comes at a price so be safe and remember to regulate your time in the sun and check for suspicious moles. Already got bitten by those pesky bugs? It's also an anti itch cream. What can't coconut oil do?
